It is also an opportunity for all other individuals to contribute to project development<\/strong> with their perspective. Everyone becomes a bit of a co-designer<\/strong> of the new proposals, facilitating their adoption<\/strong> in the subsequent implementation<\/strong> phase. <\/p>\n

The Feedback Day also serves to demonstrate the company’s commitment to a new work model<\/strong>, showing people the new cultural direction<\/strong> in which the organization is moving.<\/p>\n
