Together with Axera’s HR team, we built a co-design journey aimed at both management and the rest of the workforce, with the goal of gathering and pooling as many voices as possible on the corporate values that guide Axera. The steps included:
- 8 qualitative interviews with partners and the general manager, who shared their personal perspective on the company’s identity and values;
- what emerged from the interviews was analyzed and presented to the Board of Directors to discuss the results and synthesize the management’s point of view;
- through spontaneous applications, 120 people participated in 10 focus groups, aimed at listening to different opinions on Axera’s values at the working tables, comparing them with what had been defined by the Board, and condensing a value proposal at the conclusion of each focus group;
- the generated proposals were analyzed by Amploom and shared with the Board to select the concepts on which to focus the final synthesis of the values;
- during 3 workshops, 6 candidate Ambassadors formulated the final corporate values and the related behavioral guidelines. They acted as spokespeople for their colleagues’ points of view and weighed every single word to generate effective messages in line with Axera’s language, then validating everything with the CEO;
finally, the cultural manifesto was presented to the entire workforce.
